"Out Of Syllabus" training program
This one day program is aimed at being a completely participatory and interactive training which aims at delivering the following key inputs to the participants

=> Hands on inputs regarding Resume preparation and interview handling
At a graduate and undergraduate level, the participants will find tremendous value in all the four take away points from this program.
The program has also been tailored to cover young adults who are starting out in their first jobs and require inputs regarding employability and career planning. This version of “Out Of Syllabus” is usually done along with the induction programs of any organisation and covers everything mentioned above, excepting the resume preparation and interview handling.
The participants will have to take part in several exercises, role plays and games which will help internalise the inputs in a stronger and long lasting manner.
The various exercises are to be done using a simple workbook which becomes the single point reference for each participant regarding the implementation of the various “Out Of Syllabus” inputs.
